The Robugtix Controller features 4 analog joysticks, an 8x2 character LCD display and a slot for connecting a wireless XBee module. The XBee module will allow wireless communication between the controller and the robot. Optionally, you can use your own serial communication method with the provided Rx/Tx pins. No assembly is required.
The Robugtix® Controller can be powered via USB or run on 4 alkaline or NiMH AAA batteries.
The controller is Arduino compatible, which makes code customization a simple task. It ships pre-loaded with a useful set of commands for controlling your hexapod/octopod robot.
Mounting holes are available for users who wish to build their own casing around the Robugtix® Controller. Open sourced CAD files for creating your own casing will be released after the expected shipping date.
